Refund & cancellation policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Cancelling a plan
- Bought on the website: Settings → Plan & billing → Manage subscription, or use the link in your Paddle receipt email.
- Bought on iPhone: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Bought on Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for; we don't charge you again. To switch to other levels or to the Full plan, cancel first, then choose the new plan.
Level passes bought earlier
One-time level passes (12 months of access) never renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
Refunds
- Website purchases: if you're not happy, contact us within 14 days of the payment and we'll refund it through Paddle. EU/UK customers also have the statutory 14-day withdrawal right described in Paddle's buyer terms.
- App Store and Google Play purchases: refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Google Play → Order history) under their policies; we can't refund these ourselves.
When a payment is refunded or reversed (chargeback), the access it bought ends at that moment.
Failed renewals
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle / Apple / Google try again for a while and you keep your plan during that time. If the payment still fails, the plan ends.
